What Is the Creator Success Program?

Your Strategist is also your ambassador inside PrepSmart. They're the client-success face of the whole team — when the experts finish a build, when the marketing engine ships your monthly ideas, when your forecast updates, your Strategist is the human who walks you through it.

Your Strategist doesn't work alone. Behind them is the same team of experts that built your profile in the first place — real specialists, with AI-assisted tools to speed the work, who research your brand voice, organize your recipes, and structure them into PrepSmart.
