Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue — a named human (let's call her Maya) whose job is to help you launch well and keep growing. This article explains who your Strategist is, what they do, and why they're included.
A real person, from day one
When your page is being built, you'll meet your Strategist — for example, "Maya, your Growth Strategist." From that first hello, you've got someone who knows your account, your niche, and your goals, ready to help.
Your Strategist is backed by two things working behind the scenes:
- The team of experts who build your profile, recipes, and brand voice.
- The marketing engine that powers your content ideas, your reports, and your 90-day launch plan.
So when you message Maya, you're not talking to someone reading from a script. You're talking to the point of contact for the whole team that's already done the work to get you live.
What your Strategist does
Your Strategist is your guide through the Creator Success Program — the part of your journey focused on growing your audience and your earnings after you go live. Day to day, that looks like:
- Helping you launch. Your Strategist walks you through going live, sharing your launch post, and inviting your audience — the first steps of your 90-day plan.
- Answering your questions. Anything about your page, your recipes, your pricing, your payouts, or your growth — one message, and your Strategist helps or routes it for you.
- Keeping you on plan. Your Strategist makes sure you're getting the content ideas, reports, and launch-plan steps the engine prepares for you — and helps you act on them.
- Being your single point of contact. When the broader team of experts needs to weigh in, your Strategist coordinates it. You don't have to chase anyone down.
Think of your Strategist as the human face of everything PrepSmart is doing to help you succeed.
The concierge model: one message, no tickets
Most platforms make you file a ticket, wait for a number, and get bounced between departments. PrepSmart is built differently.

You'll see your Strategist right on your home screen — for example: "Maya · your Strategist · Online now · one message, no tickets, no transfers." Tap Message, say what you need, and you're talking to the same person who knows your account. No re-explaining your situation to a new agent every time.
That's the concierge model: a single, consistent relationship instead of a help desk.
Part of your team of experts
Your Strategist isn't working alone, and they aren't a replacement for the team that built your page — they're part of it.
Before you ever went live, a team of real specialists — AI-assisted tools speed the work, but people do the building — assembled your profile, organized your recipes, and captured your brand voice. That work reaches you through a human review step: a meeting and a walkthrough of what the team built, which you review and approve before anything goes live. Your Strategist is the client-success member of that same team — the person who presents the findings, makes sure it sounds like you, and carries the relationship forward once your page is built.
So when you see your Strategist's checklist on the welcome screen, it reflects work the team has already done for you:

How to reach your Strategist
Once your page is live, your Strategist is one tap away from your creator home screen — look for their name and the Message button. Say hi to Maya, ask a question, or share a win. That's it.
If you ever need to reach the broader support team directly, you can email support@useprepsmart.com — but for most things, your Strategist is the fastest path, because they already know you.
Quick answers
Is my Strategist a real person or an AI? A real person. AI-assisted tools help the team work faster behind the scenes, but your Strategist is a human being who knows your account and your goals.
Do I have to pay extra for a Strategist? No. Your Growth Strategist is included with PrepSmart for creators. There's no tier to unlock and no extra cost.
Will I always talk to the same person? That's the idea. The concierge model means one consistent relationship — one message, no tickets, no transfers — instead of a rotating help desk.
What's the difference between my Strategist and the team of experts? The team of experts builds your profile, recipes, and brand voice, and presents it to you in a review step you approve.
