What Is the 90-Day Launch Plan?

Creator sign-up is opening soon. PrepSmart for creators isn't live yet, so everything below describes the designed creator experience — what your launch will look like once the creator app opens. Nothing here is a dashboard you can log into today, and none of the numbers are promises. They're illustrative model outputs that update with your real data once you go live.

The 90-Day Launch Plan is the guided path waiting for you inside the app the moment your page goes live. It turns "my page is built" into "I have my first subscribers" — one clear next step at a time, with milestones to aim for and your Strategist in your corner the whole way.

It's the third thing your welcome screen points you to: tell us about you → see your earnings potential → go live, and your 90-day launch plan is waiting in the app.

What It Is

The launch plan is designed as the home screen of your creator account after go-live. Three things sit at the center of it:

1. Your next step. A single hero card at the top tells you the one thing to do right now — and why it's the biggest lever. On day one that's usually "Share your launch post" (a 2-minute, one-tap invite written in your voice that tells your followers you've joined) or "Invite your email list" (your highest-converting channel, with the email already drafted for you). You're never staring at a blank page wondering where to start.

2. Your setup checklist. A short "Finish your setup" list tracks the few things that make your page convert — add a profile photo (pages with one convert noticeably better), connect payouts (so your first earnings have somewhere to land), and the items your team already handled show up checked off (✓ bio & brand voice, ✓ your recipes, ✓ your diet type — all done).

3. Your milestone tiles. Three plain-language goals sit at the bottom, in order: your first subscribers, your first payout, and your day-90 goal. The plan is built around hitting the first one, then the next — not a single big number you're told to chase.

The Two States: Building vs. Live

What your home screen shows depends on whether your page has gone live yet.

Before go-live — "Your team is building"

If your page is still being assembled, the home screen reads Building · Day 1. Your team of experts is finishing your first recipes and a sample weekly plan for you to approve — usually within a week. The 90-day launch plan itself is locked with a 🔒 until you go live ("Ready the moment you go live"), but you can preview the full plan and get a head start on your setup checklist in the meantime.

After go-live — "Day 1 of 90"

Once your page publishes, the plan unlocks and the counter starts: Live · Day 1, then Your 90-day launch plan · Day 1 of 90. The first stretch is labeled Days 1–7 · Build awareness, and your next-step card hands you the first task — invite the audience you already have.

What the First Days Look Like

The opening week is built around one idea: you already have the audience — now bring them home. Nothing about how you create changes. You keep posting exactly as you do; the plan just gives you the invite to add.

Day one surfaces two ready-to-send invites, both drafted in your voice:

  • Your launch post — a short social caption with your unique link built in, ready to copy and share.
  • Your email to your list — drafted for your subscribers, your highest-converting channel, ready to review and send.

Every follower who comes through your link is tracked back to you. From there, the plan keeps feeding you the next task — there's a full checklist of launch tasks ("See all 14 tasks →") so you always know what's next without having to invent it.

Selling books, products, or running a storefront? The plan can also generate a scan-to-follow QR kit to ship alongside them — another way to point the audience you already have toward your page.

The Milestones — Small, Then Bigger

The launch plan is deliberately milestone-first. Instead of opening with a big aggregate target, it points you at the next concrete win:

| Milestone | What it means | |-----------|---------------| | Your first subscribers | Your first handful of Founding Subscribers — the people who join because you invited them directly. | | Your first payout | Crossing your first $100 in earnings — the first time the model becomes real money in your account. | | Your day-90 goal | A goal to aim for by the end of the plan, where steady weekly promotion can take you. |

The reason for this order is simple: your first 10 Founding Subscribers and your first $100 are the moments that prove the whole thing works for you. Hit those, and the bigger goal stops being a forecast and starts being a trend.

About the Forecast Number

Alongside the milestones, your home screen shows a forecast — "On pace for…" — with an important caveat printed right next to it:

Early estimate · updates with your data. A floor, not a ceiling — your real numbers replace this in 30–60 days.

Read that exactly as written. The forecast is a model output, not a promise. It's built from your audience size, your subscription price, and a conservative share of your following choosing to subscribe — and it's framed as a floor most creators clear, not a guaranteed outcome. Once you're live and real subscribers come in, your actual data replaces the estimate. Any earnings example you see during setup is anchored to the suggested $6.99/mo price and is illustrative — what the model projects, not what you're owed.

You're Not Doing This Alone

The launch plan isn't a checklist you're handed and left to figure out. From day one you have a real person in your corner: your Growth Strategist. They appear right on your home screen — "Maya · your Strategist · Online now" — one message away, no tickets, no transfers.

Your Strategist is the client-success point of contact for the same team of experts who built your profile, recipes, and brand voice. Behind them sits the engine that keeps the plan moving — fresh content ideas in your brand voice and the reports that show what's working. All of it is included; there's no tier to unlock.

How This Fits the Bigger Picture

The 90-Day Launch Plan is the launch chapter of your creator journey:

  1. Build & go live — your team of experts builds your page; you review, approve, and publish.
  2. The 90-Day Launch Plan(this article) — guided next steps, setup checklist, and milestones that carry you from go-live to your first subscribers and first payout.
  3. The Creator Success Program — the ongoing growth program after day 90: monthly content ideas in your voice and the support to keep scaling what's working.

The launch plan gets you off the ground. The Creator Success Program keeps you flying.

A Few Honest Notes

  • This is the designed experience, not a live product yet. Creator sign-up is opening soon. The home screen, checklist, milestones, and Strategist described here are what your launch will look like — not something to log into today.
  • The numbers are illustrative. Forecasts are model outputs framed as a floor that updates with your real data; earnings examples are anchored to the suggested $6.99/mo and are not guaranteed earnings.
  • Milestones come first. The plan is built to get you to your first subscribers and first $100 — then to keep that momentum going — rather than to chase one big number on day one.
